18. Moderation

BMG does not condone or allow use of social media community space for content not related to the wider Brooks Macdonald Group. We reserve the right to remove postings that are:

  • abusive, defamatory, or obscene;
  • fraudulent, deceptive or misleading;
  • in violation of copyright or intellectual property laws;
  • contain advertising or SPAM; and
  • any other content that BMG may deem inappropriate.

We will update and monitor our social media accounts during core operating office hours (Monday to Friday). Our Social Media Sites may occasionally be unavailable and we accept no responsibility for lack of service due to downtime.

We welcome feedback and ideas and try to respond wherever possible. However, we are not able to reply individually to all the messages we receive through our social media accounts.
